We had the pleasure to film a beautiful and sporty 1971 BMW 2002 in the twisty roads in Northern California with a collector with some rare BMW models.
Every inch of their home is from this era: old vinyl record player, vintage Fender Stratocaster guitar hanging from the wall. I don't even think they know this video is even available to watch online yet.
It's a special thrill to shoot and spend time with an owner that does their own work and cares so deeply about their cars. As a filmmaker, there's a special conglomeration between the camera and the subject of the story. And, when the story becomes the personality of the person or the car, or in this case both - the simplicity says enough. Enjoy.
